Jackson's Party Punch

This was the punch that I made for Jackson's 1st birthday party. It was really easy and really yummy! I think it would be really neat for a Halloween party too.

2 Packages of Lime Jello
1 quart of Hot Water
46 ounce can of Pineapple Juice
2 12 ounce cans of Orange Juice Concentrate
2 Cups of Sugar
4 1/2 cups cold water
2 liter bottle of Ginger Ale

Dissolve gelatin in 1 qt of hot water. Cool. Combine jello mix, pineapple juice, OJ concentrate, sugar and 4 1/2 cups of cold water. Stir together. Pour into serving container. Add Ginger Ale before serving. Enjoy!!!

After you stop laughing I'll explain why I have a Cooking Blog!! I am always finding great recipes, stealing great recipes from my friends, cooking them, LOVING them, and then loosing and then having to call someone to get them. So I figure by putting them on the Internet I'll always know where they are. Also, if you think they sound good then you can try them too.

I am by no means a gourmet chef! All of these recipes are ones that have come from friends, cookbooks, magazines or other great places on the Internet. I plan to give credit where credit is due, because none of these will be made up by me! That's for sure.

Hope you enjoy my new little blog and if you have some yummy recipes, please share!
